I tried googling it just to see what it was, but I couldn't find anything on it. Perhaps, there is a different name for it. Please explain what it is, then we might be able to help you out.Tara

I did run it into Google and Altavista.nothing favorable.Actually, I am trying to put together a document that enlists 1. What services our data center offers and pre-requisites for us to provide those services.2. What are the standard completion times for these requests.3. What are the escalation procedures.4. Who's who in our staff. who is handlling what servers/environments/applications5. Shift timings, 6. How to handle urgent requests and so on.So if a user calls up to say "I had asked you to create a user account 5 minutes ago, we should be able to refer them to this document" and there would be no ambiguity about it.Some people also call it a "SLA" or a Service Level Agreement.I would say, in some form or the other, we do have documents like these, if not on paper, at least in our minds..I am just trying to bring it into existence.Any help will benefit all the forum.

No. Each company would have their own. You need to work with your customers on this kind of contract.Tara
