Pramod writes "I have an user whom I just need to give access to one view in my entire database. I set him part of the public group and then just gave him select access to that one view.
Now he is able to see the view fine using MS Access but when he registers the server with Enterprise Manager and clicks in Views, he does not see anything.
I tried giving him datareader rights but now he can and open all the views in the database.
Can you please help me in setting his permissions right!

Thanks,

Pramod"

Can you go to the database in Query Analyzer and run sp_helpuser (user's name)? Can it be he has somehow been added to the db_denydatareader role?
