 Query timeout?

Hello,

I've been getting the following message when I try to run a query (SQL 7.0, on NT 4.0 Workstation, sp 6).

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Timeout expired

I checked my properties for the server and the timeout is set to 0, which I believe to mean that the query should run until complete.

I have to admit that I'm asking a lot of SQL. The table I am working with is an imported table from a DB III flat file. There are 365,000+ records in the table, and I am trying to delete almost 70,000 of them.

But shouldn't it run all the same? Any suggestions?
