| Robert writes "I have multiple SQL 2000 servers running on Windows 2000. My developers write code requiring the use of linked servers. I am trying to implement NT authentication security rather than mixed. However, I cannot set up linked servers using 'login's current security context'. Every time I try this I get 'login failed for user NT AUTORITY\ANONYMOUS USER'. How do I solve this problem? (I assume that there is some Windows user missing. Does Windows require an ANONYMOUS USER or will any anonymous user work?)" |
