Error: 17809 in SQLSERVER 2000

Error: 17809 in SQLSERVER 2000

The following error is shown in event log after every 15-20 mins,
I then restart the sqlserver manager and same thing happens.

give me the proper reason and solution for the same.

Could not connect. The maximum number of '10' configured user connections are already connected. The system administrator can change the maximum to a higher value using sp_configure.

You have your max user connections set to 10. Run sp_configure and verify this. If you need more, change the value like the error message told you.
