Andre writes "My support machine had to be rebuild and i am faced with registring all my servers to the variuos groups that i had setup.
It is a tediuos task to register 30 odd servers. Is there a way of me taking a configuration from another machine and setup the rebuilt machine."

You can export the registry key. It's held in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools\SQLEW\Registered Servers X

If you stored SQL logins and passwords (not secure BTW) in the registrations, those logins will not work if you re-import them after a rebuild.
