| As a vendor of a 3rd party backup tool, I am not aware of any method that can do what you described. Is there a possibility the record itself was deleted after it was logged?Peter Yeohhttp://www.yohz.comNeed smaller SQL2K backups? Use MiniSQLBackup Lite, free! |

| Thanks Peter, That is what I thought. The problem is that the person that said that SQL was being backed-up by the 3rd party software was lying to me. because since asking him about it the backups have suddenly started appearing in the log files.Always look on the bright side of life, ta dum, ta dum.Monthy Python, The Life of Brian |
