When you say right click on your database, what do you mean? Right click in EM? If so, did you go to New...? And from BOL:quote: The full-text search engine (Microsoft Search service) is installed by default with a typical installation of Microsoft® SQL Server™ 2000, Standard and Enterprise editions.
But that doesn't mean someone didn't uncheck this.Tara |

| yes, in EM and I went to new and I don't see that option . But I see it in another DB on another server so i think is the setup that was different. Where in the setup is the option for the full-text.All help appreciated. |
