I have a configuration where I have a server running windows 2003 server (no Active Directory), SQL 2000 Standard Addition SP3a, and a XP Pro SP1 machine networked together using workgroups. Analysis services has been updated to SP3a. I am trying to access the analysis services from the XP machine. I get an error that it can not find the Analysis Serices server, even though I can interact with SQL server just fine.Does this have anything to do with the fact that SQL is standard addition instead of enterprise addition? I have done the same thing using enterprise addition before and did not have this problem.Any help would be appreciated |
