| Hi all,We specialize in placing IT professionals in Bermuda and we presently have a couple of requirements there for Sr. DBA's.One is with a banking and financial services organization and the role is to manage, maintain and secure the corporate database environment, while also building a world-class data storage system. It's a small IT team so lots of responsibility. It'll probably be 70% SQL Server, 30% Oracle. The other opportunity is with an international reinsurance company - one of the top employers on the island. They need a Senior DBA (preferably Sybase) who can also provide Sun Solaris Administration and some development. Must have strong experience writing stored procedures as well as strong performace tuning skills. Basic datawarehousing skills. Both roles will involve relocating to Bermuda for 2-3 yrs or so, therefore highly mobile individuals are sought. Compensation is competitive and in $USD with only 4.75% tax.
