Tom writes "Dear SQLTEAM:

My MSSQLServer service is running as a local system account. SQL Agent service is running under a separate account in the network domain with admin privileges on my "command console" (network node from which admin activities are conducted). The Agent runs fine executing jobs.

Mail client is Outlook 2000 and our TCP/IP mail server performs both POP and SMTP functions. System is running under NT 4.0 with SP5.

How best to configure SQL Mail in this environment?

Thank you for your assistance."
