| We have two 100mbs network cards. Each has its own IP. In an effort to improve performance,some body sugeested that if they share a single IP they can team up and perform better. Is that true? |

| I don't suggest trying to team NIC's that don't nativly support it. I know we use some nice Intel NIC's that have teaming support built into the drivers.IMHO, unless you are copying around large files, you'll not see much performance gain if any by doing this. You could setup the team to be a failover team so that if one NIC dies, you don't lose connection.
