Hello All - Please let me know if there's a topic about this same issue.

Auditing

Is that possible to make the Server send me a notification of each/any change made to the schema of any DBs (Or DBs I select) ? I wonder if there isn't a stored procedure for that...

There isn't a good way to do that now, you are better off enforcing it via some work procedures.

On my team, everyone develops locally, if they need to make a schema change, they create a patch script and check it into CVS. From there it gets deployed to the staging servers for testing etc, then to live when it's ready.

It's fairly easy to enforce, just tell people their code doesn't exist, and is likely to get wiped unless it's in CVS.

You could script the database each night, say, and check for changes - and put the script into a Version Control system.
