This most likely won't work because the next log won't have the right LSN in sequence. It won't hurt to try since it's already broken but I think you're out of luck. If it's feasable to do, you might just try backing up your production db, dropping the log shipped version and then restoring over it so log shipping can start over. You shouldn't need to rebuild your jobs once you've done this.
