This application use SQL Server and some of the queries/procedure apply locks on some tables, and result slow seach and respose to any event on website. So, we think of having multiple instance of SQL Server. So, can any one tell that is it good or telling new solution."

I don't think creating a new instance is going to help you here. Perhaps if you showed us your problematic queries, then we'd be able to help you out.
