sp_helpdb reports my database is 155831.63 MB while Windows Explorer shows my database mdf is 173,656,512 KB. Windows Explorer is shows the ldf as 5,120 KB. I assume Windows is incorrect. Is there anyway to correct Windows Explorer? This is a development server running SS2k SP3 on Windows 2000 SP4.

Run:
USE YourDababase
sp_spaceused @updateusage = 'TRUE'

and compare again.

Actually I ran 'DBCC UPDATEUSAGE('MyDB')' earlier but I swore Windows wasn't reporting the correct size. Now it is. Oh well. Thanks for your help.
