On Sunday I installed SP3 on 2 of our servers. The SP failed while running UPGRADE.SQL. I restarted the SP install and everything went fine. I then installed it on our server 5 of 5 and had no problems there. While I was installing SP3 on the last server our network guy started a diagnostic program to check out the other server so I wasnt able to check the version #. I get into work today and it find that the server that had the problem is still 7.00.842 (SP2)! What?? How can this be the SP3 program completed!! I check the SQLSP.LOG and find a line that reads:11:32:51 C:\TEMP\_ISTMP3.DIR\osql.exe -n -d master -i "C:\MSSQL7\install\upgrade.sql" -U sa -P 11:33:12 Process Exit Code: (6006) What's this? All the other lines end with Process Exit Code: (0)!!  What's error 6006? Has anyone ran into errors installing SP3? I've installed it about 16 times and never had an error before.
