Justin Barr writes "Good Sirs , I beleive in neat, efficient and tidy SQl databases..,so I wonder if you can help me with this...
I have a large SQL database which has been built up over the last couple of years.+- 5 in SQl Server. The no. of tables, stored procs, jobs and DTS packages are incredible...
Thing is there is so many tables, stored procs, jobs and DTS packages that are not needed or not accessed by our website, and I'd like to clean up and possibly store/delete these redundant items mentioned elsewhere...
Is there a possible way in finding out what tables, stored procs, and DTS packages are not used or accessed. And if so what the best way of cleaning up my database...
It would be great if you could help me...
All the best.
Just." |
