Author  Topic  nrgboy Starting Member 1 Post Posted - 2005-08-17 : 06:22:02 I am importing data from an excel sheet which has fields more than 2000 charachters long using the DTS in SQL Server8.0 but the text is being truncated at 255. I have made a search in MSDN and it seems that this is normal to happen. Does anyone know any workarounds or fixes? Thanks in advance. EnERgIE.
