De Silva writes "HiFirst thank you for this support service. I built a MS OLAP 2000 Cube and it works well via Office 2003 pivot table and Web Components. However, in Office 2000 (Excel 2000), this Cube is not appearing in OLAP datasources. The sample data source Foodmart - Sales and Warehouse cubes are visible and accessible. I checked the permission and they're the same - everybody has access. I am clueless as to why this is happening to my cube. I even put the user into local OLAP admins, still not visible.Another issue is when the cube is viewed in read only mode using Office 2003 web components (Windows XP without the Office 2003 installed), the pivot doesn't refresh when asked to. I read the manual and it says you can refresh the pivot data even in read only mode. Thank you very much in advance.Rgds,de Silva" |
