I've been reading through some old posts regarding the printing problems but I didn't see one quite like this.

Here's the problem I'm having - When I click the printer button in Report Manager, it brings up the printer dialog. If I click the properties button for the printer, it shows that the paper size is legal (8.5 x 14)!

Unless I change it to letter size, it doesn't print correctly.

This seems to happens regardless of whether I define the report as portrait (width=8.5in, height=11in) or landscape (width=11in, height=8.5in).

Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions other than exporting and then printing?

Judging from the lack of response, I guess I'm the only one with the problem. I installed the sample reports and they behave the same way. Not sure what to do. This happens regardless of the printer I use.

Anyone have suggestions where to look to fix this problem?

Thanks,

Kevin

Well, we got a new printer and it seems to have fixed the problem.

There's a rounding error or some bug, maybe this topic helps.
