| Olivier writes "I have a job running every night, backing up all the databases (data and logs) on my SQL Server 2000.The data and log backups work fine for user created databases, but I cannot get the server to back up any other system logs but the model one. no error message in the sql log, only an error in Event viewer that my scheduled job did not succeed.also after the job is finished, 3 logs are truncated automatically (showing as an error in Event viewer) and a fourth one truncated 2 hours later (also showing in Event Viewer).Can you help me on this?thanks in advanceOlivierSQL Server 2000 Standard Edition (no service pack)Windows NT 4 SP5" |
