Guys,

I am new to SQL Server 2005. I have installed Developer edition. I want to transfer data through DTS which is now SSIS - Sql Server Integration Service I believe.

One question though how do I access SSIS, I am doing normal imports and exports using the wizards. Is there any other interface to access the SSIS??

Please let me know

Thanks

In the All Programs/Microsoft SQL Server 2005, open SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio. That is now the main tool for working with SSIS packages. To create a package, select File/New/Project on the menu and then create a new Integration Services Project.

Well the easiest is to add a New Item to your SSIS project and select SQL Server Impoart and Export Wizard.

Otherwise in Books Online table of contents you could go to SQL Server 2005 Tutorials/Integration Services Tutorials/Integration Services Tutorial
