| The SQL Server System Configuration Checker Cannot be executed due to WMI configuration on the machine djones-xp Error: 2147749907 (0x80041013).I am trying to install SQL2k5 on several developers workstations when I receive this error. I have successfully installed on a server and on my workstation...Thanks DeWayne |

| OK Here is the fix:Add the local "Network Service" account to the local Administrator group on the workstation. It seems that a XP Service Pack 2 install had problems on both of these workstations and didn't do some security setup stuff correctly.This ended up being a WMI problem.DeWayne |
