There is a table need truncate and then insert a huge data (more than million rows) every day. Does database grow up every day?

It depends on what settings you have for the database.

Do not shrink the database to reclaim the disk space as obviously it needs more if it keeps growing.

If your database is set to auto-extend then it will extend as necessary.

If you delete 1,000,000 and then insert 1,000,000 the database won't grow. However, inserting 1,000,000 rows is a big transaction (if all-done-in-one) and that may increase the size of your TLogs.
