I am not sure there are any tools to do a DB2 to SQL Migration.
If there is, I could not find any.
The one that came closest was the one which exported only the stored procedures.

SSIS will do it quite nicely. I used to use DTS for SQL 2000. What platform is DB2 on?

DTS/SSIS can move data between DB2 and SQL Server. You just need an ODBC driver for DB2.

if DB2 is on AS/400... i had big problems with odbc. used client access oledb provider with no problems.
