| hiTo configure RS do the following steps1.Initially go to RS configuration tool->Email settings and specify ur SMTP Server and the sender address2.Click apply and exitConfigure the report manager virtual directory by creating a new one.Go to report manager.select the report for which u want to send mail.Go to subscriptions.click new subscription.In delivered by dropdownlist. select report server emailIn To:type the To address to whom the report is to be deliveredpress ok and the report will be delivered Note:Ensure whether SQL server agent is runningBalaji |
