I am facing the Database recovery problems sicne I have lost my MSDB db , only i have the Complete db backup and transactional backup.

How do i can recover the database since i don't have the MSDB database

You need MSDB database in case you have to restore or get back the scheduled jobs & DTS packages. IN this case it looks like your user database is also offline, please be specific about your requirement and if you are getting any error while restoring the database backups then let us know.

You can restore db from backup files with restore statement.
