I learn that the SQL 2005 does not let you import SQL 7 DTS Packages.
But I have to do it.
Would I have to re-create the entire package set?

Or do an incremental upgrade to SQL 2000 first.

I found out....
MS has a patch to SQL 2005 which helps you run SQL2000 DTS packages.
Once I did that it was pretty cool.
