hi...i have a question here..why does it take so long for me to refresh the data in an OLAP report?...when i want to refresh the data it will take about nearly 1 hour...for your infomation, i'm using SQL server 2000 and MS Excel 2000..anybody out there please help me...thank you.. |

well,my fact table contain a lot of data and i have about 7 dimension...it just take a few minutes to process the cube compared to 1 hour to refresh the data in the report...so what should i do to reduce the the time to refresh that data in the report?..actually i'm new to Olap...hope u can help me.. |
