Message showing in the server log

"Cannot use the page granularity hint on the table "dbo.Table1" because locking at the specified granularity is inhibited"

Thanks for your help!

Which query was running at that time? Used any lock hint in the query?

It may happen when you shrink db and table doesn't have clustered index.

rmiao,

The database is set as auto "SHINK", but why I need the Clutered indext for auto SHINK? currently, that table don't have any indexes in it.

Thanks!

I didn't say it's the case on your server, but what I said is a known issue. Just FYI. By the way, auto shrink is still shrink.
