 error in BCP

EXEC MASTER..XP_CMDSHELL 'BCP "SET FMTONLY OFF SELECT * FROM ##tbtoFlat" OUT "\\10.96.36.219\iNVDAT\C.xmt" -c -q -U"cednetapp" -P"Ced6NA"'

Above bcp command generates error:

Are you just trying to get column information? Why do you have the SET FMTONLY option?

yes i want only the column information, without "SET FMTONLY off" I get
error "BCP host-files must contain at least one column"
