Author  Topic  Katunzi Starting Member 7 Posts Posted - 2001-08-20 : 09:58:35 Hi anyone who has come across this error: "I/O error 23(Data error(cyclic redundancy check))detected during read of BUF pointer=0x857c00, page ptr=0x2a4c00, pageid=(0x8639),dbid=8, status=0x801, file c:\MSSQL7\Data\News.mdf" Any one who knows the source of such error and proposed solution please assist.
