Author  Topic  tdf Starting Member 1 Post Posted - 2001-08-22 : 08:44:29 We Read from a remote SQL Server for registration info for all Servers. It is on a 7.0 server. After installing the 2k client on my machine I cannot read from that server. Get this error 'The server registration information cannot be loaded - Registry read error 2 (The system cannot find the file specified) Please change the source in the Configuration Dialog Box.' I found this issue documented on MS KB website for 6.5 to 7.0 upgrade and they say re register. Has anyone had this problem and is there a way to make it work? Thanks, Tim
