Hi,

Am having a local SQL EXPRESS SERVER which was working fine but when i tried to open a new query window its throwing an error given below

A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: Shared Memory Provider, error: 0 - No process is on the other end of the pipe.) Techinal Details: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: Shared Memory Provider, error: 0 - No process is on the other end of the pipe.)

But its get solved after sometime and again repeating later.

Please help me

Try connect with other protocols like named pipes or tcp/ip.
