Are you trying to read a 64-bit trace file? Can you open the trace file in Profiler? Was the trace file created in SQL Server 205?===============================================Creating tomorrow's legacy systems today.One crisis at a time. |

I'm also getting this error. ClearTrace requires SQL Server 2005 (not Express Edition) to be installed on the machine where it runs. Please see the requirements page for more details.=================================================Creating tomorrow's legacy systems today. One crisis at a time. |
