So what's the SQL person going to be doing then?Consultancy rates for bods like me run to about £ 150 per hour ... not that I wouldn't consider it, I don't get paid for answering questions here on SQL Team of course ... but there might need to be some Carrot & Stick involved  Kristen |

| basically w/e the client may require and £150 per hour simply isn't possible (unless we just happen to have a project from from someone that doesn't mind paying £150 per hour), it defeats the purpose of it being affordable :) |
