| I am writing a VBscript which takes my machine details and put in the SQL database. But after executing the script , i got the following error: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server: [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Connect()).]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.I dont remember the password I have given during installation. Please tell me how to get the password of sql server. |

| Log onto the server as an administrator. Start SSMS (i.e. ON the server). Change the password of SA.This won't work if Administrator group has been removed from SQL ServerKristen |
