Hi Friends,

My database put into SIMPLE RECOVERY MODE then my T-log file is incresing doule. what i can do to recove the normal stage
any plz give suggetions give good result we will appriciate to you

Not sure I understand your question but it sounds like your database is in simple recovery mode but the Transaction log size has doubled and you want to shrink it. Is that correct? The log will still grow in simple recovery mode, what it should have done is truncate the log which makes the space available for use but does not shrink the physical file, the freed up space will be re-used as needed. You can shrink the physical file using DBCC SHRINKFILE but it is not recommended because regrowing the file is an expensive operation. In other words, you should be OK leaving it alone.

Ensure there is no long running open transaction, it'll prevent truncate committed transactions in the log.
