| Hi,I installed sql server 2005 on my computer. I can't login. I don't have a user name or password. After log-in i would like to import a acces database to start with.This is what i get on my screen:server type: database engine server name: (i don't know)pcname/username is not working.authentication: windows authenticationlog-in and pasw: It's grey,i can't change it.what did i do wrong ?thanks |

| are you trying to connect with management studio? if it's installed on your computer are you trying to connect locally or remotely?the servername is the name of the computer it's installed on. if you installed on your computer you should know this?Em |

| Everything is installed on my computer. yes, management studio.locally. i can't log-in. i tried (local), my comp name. but not' working. |
