Enterprise Manager is not available in 2005. The new tool is called Management Studio.

This is not true. He is not trying to install the Enterprise Edition of SQL Server, but rather he is looking for Enterprise Manager. Those are two different things.

You can, unless you are trying to install Enterprise Edition of SQL Server 2005. Are you just trying to install Express?

You can't use Standard Edition on XP except for the client tools. You'll need to get a hold of Developer Edition or SQL Express.
