How do you script database role permissions in Management Studio? No matter what options I select I do not see permissions assigned to a role. Thanks, Dave

object level permissions would be the closest to what you need. You would still have to take the resulting script and strip out all of the other roles/users, though.

Object level permissions do not script database role permissions, only the permissions associated with objects. I tried that already to see if it is different in 2005.In 2000 the script would generate sp_addrolemember statements.Dave
