http://www.sqlservercentral.com/articles/Administration/2960/
There is

Have you tried following the instructions in this section on the MS web page?

I sent the email to MS and they sent link for the latest build and said this is not tested and released
So i was curious to see what builds everyone is working with in production.

Microsoft said that you should apply this patch only if you have problem listed in fix list.

I'd suggest build 3186 or 3200. We're going with 3200 due to the recommendation of MS (case opened for a problem we had). But go with build 3186 if you don't require the fixes from 3200 or 3215.

we are at update 2 past SP2. too much trouble to QA everything so we will probably just update when a new SP comes out unless there is some fix we need to have

I use the following url to keep up to date with what's available for patches. It's been a good source of the public and PSS-only builds. Makes life easy to see what is the latest public build too.
