upgrading sqlserver 2005 clustere with sp2

Hi Gurus!!!

Please let me know the procedure to install sp2 on sqlserver 2005 clustred installation (operating system is windows 2003 server). Please tell me the step by step procedure to install sp2,

sp2 is pretty smart

for an active/active cluster you run it on one node and it updates both nodes for the instance. then run it again for the other instance.

i'm a little more paranoid and like the following

fail over to 1 node
run sp2 and upgrade 1 instance
reboot both nodes
make sure both instances are on the second node
run sp2
reboot both nodes
put instances back where they are supposed to be

You have to patch client tools, ssis and so on each node.

Hi i have active/passive cluster enviorment, so please let me know the procedure to upgrade sp2 on sqlserver 2005

Apply sp2 on active node, then do it again on passive node to upgrade client and ssis and so.
