I have been looking to link and access mdb to some sys-tables on an sql-server.
I have been surprised to see that only 2 of the 19 sys tables in my database were available for a link.

I would like to understand why it is so.
And I would like to know if the other 17 tables could be linker to by other means that using the acces menus, like by writing a few VB lines for doing that.

You can access them with vb script if you have proper permission.

You could create a view on the system tables you want and link to those.
