can i have a stored procudure that when run - it will insert into my sql server table and also into an access db?
anyway to make this work?

Use SSIS and just pump the data out.

no it has to be automatic - it's constant..
this is temporary until we move the other access db to sql server as well but is there anyway?

Set the table up as a linked table?

What do you mean by constant? You can not do an operation like this constantly unless it is in replication.
