trn backup job failed for master ,msdb database giving an error

Backup can not be performed on this database.
This sub task is ignored

They are in simple recovery model by default, so you can't do log backup for them.

I would remove the T-log backup from then rather then changing the recovery mode. I would not mess to much with the db options on systems databases.
