Dear Gurus,

I need to do the following in SQL Server 2005:

1. Restrict access of user SA to my database

2. Encrypt contents of the whole database. Is there anything available in SQL Server 2005 (server or DB settings) which encrypt the contents. I do not want to explicitly encrypt individual columns !!

Thanks in advance
Anjum

why would you want to restrict the user of 'sa'? no one should have that password anyway.

Poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part.

Even you disable sql authentication, there are still member of sysadmin. You can't stop them in sql2k5.
