Can someone please help me with this. We have recently moved a sql database and a custom made apps connection string needs to be fixed in order to work. The connection string now needs to be pointed to a sql instance.below is the connection string<add key="ConnectionString" value="server=acctg-sql;database=Intranet;uid=********password=*********" />When the App runs this is the error that I recieve. Wjat is the instance name? You might want to plug that into the connection stringIf it is XYZ, then<add key="ConnectionString" value="server=acctg-sql\XYZ,1433;database=Intranet;uid=********password=*********" /> |
